1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Golfist.cz website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/or contributors of content.

2. Use of Services

Golfist.cz provides golf equipment sales, club fitting services, and custom printing services. You may use our services for lawful purposes only. You agree not to use the service:

• For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts
• To violate any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances
• To infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others
• To harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate
• To submit false or misleading information
• To upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code

3. Products and Services

We offer golf equipment including clubs, balls, trolleys, and accessories from premium brands. We also provide professional club fitting services and custom printing services.

All product descriptions, prices, and availability are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

Club fitting appointments are subject to availability and must be booked in advance. Custom printing orders require approval of designs before production.

4. Orders and Payment

By placing an order, you warrant that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts and are at least 18 years old.

All prices are in Czech Koruna (CZK) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Payment is due at the time of order placement.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department.

5. Shipping and Returns

We ship throughout the Czech Republic and selected European countries. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by location and will be calculated at checkout.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging. Custom-fitted clubs and personalized items cannot be returned unless defective.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or incorrectly shipped.

6. Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Golfist.cz and its licensors. The service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our service without prior written consent.

7. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. You are responsible for safeguarding the password and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree not to disclose your password to any third party and to take sole responsibility for activities and actions under your password, whether or not you have authorized such activities or actions.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Golfist.cz, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the service.

Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the Czech Republic, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Czech Republic.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the service or contact us to request account deletion.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
